JOB DETAIL

- Responsible for managing the business development team to align with the company’s strategic plans, policies, goals, and processes.
- Expand the business by targeting prospective clients in Air Freight transportation services, both domestically and internationally.
- Maintain and increase sales for oneself and the team, ensuring goals are met through effective oversight and direction.
- Monitor and prepare sales data reports, revenue collection, and profit from services. Present these in weekly management meetings, including addressing customer-related issues for improvement.
- Supervise the sales team, including sales coordinators and marketing personnel, by planning, delegating responsibilities, and resolving customer issues, while coordinating with other departments within the company.
- Analyze monthly and annual sales and profit data to adjust sales strategies and propose objectives for the next fiscal year to management.
- Provide guidance, advice, and training to subordinates on service delivery and business development strategies.
- Advise and support customers and partners to build understanding, trust, and satisfaction with the company’s services.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- At least 3-5 years of experience in the Freight Forwarder industry (Air/Ocean cargo, import/export, etc.).
- Proficiency in English communication skills (TOEIC score of 600 or above is an advantage), including speaking, listening, reading, and writing (additional language skills will be considered a plus).
- Quick learner with strong organizational skills and the ability to solve problems effectively in a timely manner.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively.
- Proficient in using MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Flexible and able to work beyond regular hours when needed.
- Possess a personal car and a valid driver’s license, with the ability to travel to meet clients, including domestic and international trips as required.
