We are looking for a results-driven Partner Relations Officer (B2B Sales / Affiliate Partnerships) to build and maintain strong relationships with high-value partners, drive B2B sales, and grow our affiliate partnerships. This role is open to junior and mid-level professionals, offering opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic environment

-Recruit, onboard, and manage high-value partners and affiliates
-Assist partners with inquiries and provide ongoing support
-Arrange meetings, manage business deals, and oversee partnership performance
-Promote our technology and products to attract and retain top-performing affiliates
-Track partner performance using live KPIs and reporting dashboards
-Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- 0-2+ years of sales, marketing, or customer service experience
-Strong negotiation and B2B sales development skills
-Proven phone sales expertise
-Analytical mindset with the ability to track and optimize affiliate performance
-Excellent organizational and reporting skills
-Target-driven and self-motivated with a positive, enthusiastic approach
-Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing business situations
-Strong relationship management and communication skills
-Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
