JOB DETAIL

-Responsible for and supporting the sales team to achieve the sales targets and gross profit goals set by the company.
-Set sales targets and determine the annual action plan.
-Participate in determining marketing strategies, plan logistics service sales, including offering various services to existing customers and creating new customers, in line with competitive conditions.
-Conduct sales operations in accordance with the company's defined sales strategies.
-Develop training plans, supervise and develop the potential of the sales team to be effective, provide advice and guidance, and work with sales staff to present various services to customers, including negotiations.
-Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales staff to be effective.
-Develop and evaluate the potential of business partners in various aspects related to service delivery.
-Coordinate with other departments in terms of policy to improve and develop the sales department's work system to deliver more efficiently to other departments.
-Collect market information, participate in marketing planning, conduct marketing activities, and develop new logistics services that can respond well to customer needs.
-Monitor movements and hold meetings to study economic conditions, competition, and market trends to adjust sales strategies.
-Prepare quarterly sales performance reports for individual sales staff to report to management and inform sales staff for sales improvement and development.
-Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Bachelor's or master's degree in Logistics, International Business Administration, General Management, Marketing, or Business Administration in related fields.
-At least 3-8 years of work experience in logistics.
-Leadership: Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to analyze, manage strategically, and think systematically.
-Creativity: Innovative, decisive, able to work as part of a team, and perform well under pressure.
-Commitment: Dedicated to service quality and focused on organizational success.
-Language Skills: Proficient in English (speaking/listening/reading/writing). Additional proficiency in other languages, such as Japanese or Chinese, will be considered a plus.
-Computer Skills: Strong computer skills and typing ability (basic software applications such as Microsoft Office and internet usage).
