【Main Duty】
・Connect with leads.

・Introduce our IT product to fit the needs.
・Assist leads in the buying process.
・Be the main contact for customer support.

【Job Description】
・Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve sales targets and expand market presence in Thailand.
・Generate leads through various channels, including　cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
・Analyze/Research on customer’s business operation/process to understand their needs and　pain points.
・Collaborate with the technical support team to deliver the best fit solutions/templates for customers' workflows.
・Present and demonstrate Kintone’s solutions to prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
・Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts.
・Assist leads throughout the buying process and provide exceptional customer support.
・Analyze market needs to introduce the best sales approach and ensure Kintone’s offerings are well-positioned to meet customer requirements.
・Be the main contact for customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
・Working with partner sales team to pass on leads that better matches partner channel.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Must】
・Bachelor's Degree
・Age between 25 - 32 years old
・More than 3 years of B2B sales experience
・Upper Intermediate Level of English 【TOEIC 700 UP】
・No Job hopper

【Advantage】
・IT related software（ERP System）sales experience
・SaaS related experience
・Can speak Japanese
・Has experience in handling digital solutions or being involved in digital transformation projects
・Other IT skills

All staff are WFH
Except when visiting clients

※No need car Licence
Can use the company car.
