JOB DETAIL

• Developing and managing an operational plan for legal, corporate compliance, and contract management to align with functional strategy and objectives and support the achievement of the desired outcome for the company.
• Managing the contract, legal and corporate compliance counseling, and advisory related to business activities for all company functions to ensure that legal risk is taken into consideration and well managed.
• Legal documentation and activities, e.g., internal records and filings, making reports, training, deadline monitoring, etc.
• Coordinating with internal and external sectors related to legal and company registration matters.
• Maintaining awareness of legal compliance requirements and communicating any changes.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or female age between 35-45 years old
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Law.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in legal field, having experiences in international law firm or in-house legal function.
• Possession of Thai Attorney-at-Law License.
• Able to communicate in English. (Business Level)
