- Serve as the primary legal advisor to the CEO, Board of Directors, and management team.
- Provide strategic legal counsel on key business decisions.
- Anticipate and mitigate legal risks that could affect the business, operations, or reputation of the company.
- Oversee the company’s corporate governance framework, ensuring adherence to legal standards and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations across jurisdictions, including employment, intellectual property, data privacy, and contract law.
- Advise on the preparation and filing of corporate documents, including board meeting minutes, resolutions, and corporate filings.
- Manage and oversee any litigation or dispute matters, working closely with management team or external law firms.
- Develop and implement strategies to resolve disputes efficiently, whether through negotiation, settlement, or litigation.
- Oversee the negotiation, drafting, and review of commercial contracts, including supplier, customer, and partnership agreements.
- Ensure all contracts comply with legal requirements, mitigate risks, and protect the company’s interests.
- Lead, manage and oversee the operation of the legal team.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to legal compliance, ethics, and corporate responsibility.
- Manage relationships with external law firms and legal consultants, ensuring the delivery of high-quality legal services and cost-effective outcomes.
- Monitor and control legal department budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Laws or related fields.
- Senior Minimums 5-10 year experience in legal / compliance.
- Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to work cross-functionally with senior management and stakeholders.
- Ability to think strategically and offer practical, business-minded solutions.
- Hold a lawyer’s license.
- Good knowledge in Securities Business is a plus.
