JOB DETAIL

Lead and manage all legal matters across the organization, including compliance, litigation, contracts, and corporate governance

Provide legal counsel to management and key departments on business operations and regulatory requirements

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts in both Thai and English (construction, subcontractor, JV, consultancy, etc.)

Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations with external parties

Liaise with government agencies, law enforcement, external counsel, and regulators

Monitor changes in relevant laws and proactively ensure company compliance

Support cross-functional teams (e.g., Procurement, Project Management) to protect legal interests

Ensure all licenses, corporate documents, and statutory filings are up to date and aligned with local regulations

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) is required; Master’s degree (LL.M. or equivalent) is a strong advantage

- Holds a valid lawyer license (litigation license is a plus)

- Minimum 8–10 years of legal experience, ideally within construction, engineering, or large-scale infrastructure sectors

- Previous experience working in or with a publicly listed company (SET/MAI) is preferred

- In-depth knowledge of: Tax law, Business law, Civil and Commercial Code, Criminal law (basic level)

- Contract drafting, negotiation, and management (especially construction-related agreements)

- Corporate legal documentation and compliance

- Fluent in both Thai and English, with excellent communication and drafting skills

- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and communicate with senior stakeholders, government officials, and police—this is a key requirement

- Candidates with experience in construction companies, infrastructure projects, or legal consulting related to such industries will have an advantage
