- Manage the overall credit portfolio analysis, focusing on performance metrics, and risk factors
- Develop and implement portfolio monitoring framework and reporting systems
- Conduct deep-dive analysis into credit performance, identifying trends, risk, and opportunities
- Provide recommendations for portfolio optimization and risk mitigation strategies via credit policies
- Work closely with the Risk Management team to ensure alignment with credit policy, and business strategy
- Work closely with the Marketing Division in the event of collaboration to ensure preserve risk appetite in marketing activities
- Prepare detailed reports, and presentation for Team Head, and regulatory bodies
- Support the development of credit policies, and review criteria based on portfolio performance
- Collaborate with other teams to enhance credit processes and systems.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Any Gender
- Age 35-45 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field: MBA or master’s degree
- 7+ years of experience in credit risk management (Policy), portfolio analysis from banks, non-bank financial institutions, Fintech, tech with or related role.
- Preferred at least 3 years experienced in Managerial team member.
- Thorough understanding of risk management practices and financial regulations
- Basic user in data analysis (i.e. MS office, SQL, Python, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Leadership and team management experience
- Good Command of English.
