• Developing and implementing long term sales strategy, growth aDeveloping and implementing long term sales strategy, growth, and margins targets with ensuring
• appropriate resources and processes are in place to meet the business objectives.
• Developing marketing plan based on the set Annual sales target, profit margin and target growth.
• Setting the annual operating plan for designated market in collaboration with internal and external parties to achieve target.
• Encourage, supervise and provide leadership to team's members.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Co-lead, support, and execute consistent value-added customer interactions.
• Other duties as management assigned.
• Manage work to achieve sales turn over as specified. Included in the sale budget
• Promote and create corporate culture for be strong and support business growth in ASEAN market (Especially local market)
• Communicate strategy and results and contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Educate team members
• Follow up, measure performance and report to Sales General Manager / Sales director.
• Prepare status reports and sales achieve rate for the Top management.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or female, aged 32-45 years old
• Bachelor Degree Marketing / Business Administration, packaging technology / General Science Any related fields
• Experience at least 10 years in film Packaging (Shrinkable film, Plastic)
• Knowledge and understanding of business and Company business competition
• Knowledge of the company's products and services
• Knowledge of financial and accounting systems, Company budget
