JOB DETAIL
Main Responsibilities:
▪ Maintain good relationships with own client accounts while actively building relationships with potential clients to gain long-term business partnerships and ensure all targets are achieved.
▪ Perform end-to-end sales activities timely as expected and report the progress to relevant parties.
▪ Manage own assigned targets e.g., leased unit, average leasing fee, profit ratio.
▪ Work closely with relevant parties to seek and secure new sales opportunities e.g., coordinate with the Strategic Planning department to receive information regarding potential clients, conduct field and desktop research to gain in-depth information about potential clients and requirements.
▪ Perform end-to-end sales activities e.g., presenting company profile and services, activating credit investigation with potential clients, preparing and submitting quotations, managing and modifying contracts, arranging car delivery, receiving and replying to client inquiries, debt collection etc.
▪ Summarize and report the progress of each sales activity including issues that occurred and ensure all relevant parties are informed and able to solve issues timely
▪ Maintain good relationships with existing client accounts as well as seek opportunities to build relationships with potential clients.
▪ Ensure clients are highly satisfied with high-quality services throughout all sales activities as well as ensure each sales process complied with the company and local regulations
▪ Act as a contact person for own client accounts and respond to client’s requirements with appropriate solutions e.g., receiving and replying to inquiries from clients, considering preventive measures against complaints, etc.
▪ Develop an understanding of the market, industry trends, clients, and competitors in order to consistently adapt services, products, and proposed solutions to address clients’ needs.
▪Review and validate documents from team members before sending them to relevant parties e.g., lease agreement, payment confirmation letter, credit investigation, request order, purchase order, confirmation letter, and other related documents
▪ Prepare and proceed with documents e.g., proposal, quotation, buyback letter, and other related documents
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Male and Female age 24-30 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Have experience at least 2 years in Sales in leasing business
-Good command in English is a must (Business level)
- No need to have own car and driving license.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office, Salesforce program
- Ability to work under pressure of deadlines and self-motivated
- Strong passion in Sales and highly driven to achieve target.
- Good personality, strong negotiation. Logical thinking is a must.
- Good coordination and Problem-solving skill
- Have strong solving-problems skills
- Calm and easy-going personality with service minded.
