JOB DETAIL

1. Analyze, plan, and strategize sales activities for the furniture department.
2. Analyze, plan, and strategize marketing activities for the furniture department, including various project-related tasks, in collaboration with the marketing team.
3. Manage key account customers, from sales presentations to post-sales support.
4. Set and review selling prices, ensuring sales targets are met.
5. Develop sales forecasts for production planning and product ordering.
6. Coach, support, supervise, and motivate sales team members to perform their best.
7. Handle customer complaints and concerns.
8. Coordinate with all departments to achieve common goals.
9. Research new products and utilize data to increase sales.
10. Monitor the progress of tasks on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
11. Prepare summary reports and analytical reports for presentation to management.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male or Female age 27 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in wood Furniture
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience
- Analytical and presentation skills
- Project management/project planner abilities
- Positive mindset, enthusiastic, honest, punctual, and highly responsible, Sales oriented
- Basic of English
- Have driving license and own car.
- Work 2 Saturday per week
