JOB DETAIL

o Promote company’s Corporate Governance and internal control system
o Contract review and drafting in English and Thai
o Providing legal and compliance advice and support to legal/compliance issues.
o Organizing and preparing documents for board meetings and shareholders meeting
o To coordinate with the external lawyer regarding paper works for litigation case et.
o Complete other tasks as may reasonably be requested.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male and Female (Thai Nationality)
- Age between 25 - 33 years old.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law
- 3 - 5 years of experienced in the roles of Corporate Compliance, Lawyer, Corporate Governance, Internal Control Area is advantageous
- Fresh Graduated also welcome.
- Good commend as verbal and writing communication skills in Thai and English (TOEIC 780)
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
- Strong analytical minded person, flexible, patient, loyal and willing to learn with pleasant personality and teamwork skill
