・Valuate collateralized property of Non-performing Loan investment deal that the company is considering
・Valuate collateralized property of Non-performing Loan that the company is holding and property the company acquired through credit bidding
・Valuation of feasibility, timeline, and price range of property with logics.
・Sometimes valuation through collaboration with external appraisal company

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

・Any gender, age between 25 to 35 years old
・At least 3 years of experiences in valuation for AMC, appraisal company, developer or other investor or property sales agency is a MUST
・Bachelor’s degree or higher in related fields such as economics, management, property, law
・Fluent English or Japanese
・Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
・Able to explain and valuate the property logically
