1. Account Receivable (AR)
- AR aging report
- Preparation of Invoice and Debit note
- Preparation and follow up overdue payment
2. Sales VAT
- Preparation of the Output VAT report compare with G2L (in SAP)
3. Withholding Tax
- Issue the withholding tax certificate that related with petty cash transactions.
4. Petty cash custodian and petty cash voucher preparation.
5. SharePoint Project
- Support the representative of Accounting and Finance for SharePoint online to collect Accounting and Financial information from subsidiaries.
6. IHQ support work
7. Other to be assigned depending on workload.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Female 22-25
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related fields.
- Welcome to new graduates
- Basic English communication
- Excel, Power Point, Words
