-Provide Legal & compliance advisory and concerns to Top management and business units in any projects to ensure the company operates comply with laws and regulations including Honda Global Policy.
-Take initiative to lead project related to change of regulations (BOT, AMLO and etc.) or new law enforcement and provide adequate opinion as legal expert. Conduct gap analysis upon new changes and propose necessary adjustment on the business operation and internal policy changes from legal point of view.
-Plan and propose compliance policy, procedures and activities to enhance compliance including business ethics throughout the company
-Monitoring business practice and transactions from legal & compliance point of view. Implement monitoring scheme to ensure appropriate business operation to prevent non-compliance, corruption, and internal fraud by coordination with related section & regulators.
-Instruct Legal & Compliance Team to conduct adequate monitoring. Report monitoring result periodically to the managements.
-Manage and oversee Corporate Risk and Operational Risk to prevent issues and mitigate potential risks to the business.
-Monitor and manage all disputes and complaints to the company including special case as assigned.
-Provide legal & compliance reports to all managements including control the related budget & expenses of Legal & Compliance Section
-Act as window or representative for regulatory authority, THPA Legal Sub-committee, external law firm, court, or other organization upon necessity to gather sufficient information for maintaining compliance with the relevant laws and to cope with any issues arising

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Male or Female, age 38-45 years.
-Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law and related field.
-Minimum 6-8 years’ experience in Corporate Legal or/ compliance field in Auto leasing, captive finance.
-At least 3 years in management role will be advantage.
-Strong knowledge in business law (OCPB, NCB, AML, BOT & PDPA) , compliance , risk management
-Strong communication, negotiation problem solving skill and ability to do multitask
-Good communication in English and proficient in Excel / Power Point presentation skill
-Holding a professional lawyer's license.
