1. Asia M&A Platform Development and Target Company Sourcing
a. Based on investment requests from investors, search, evaluate and contact target companies in order to find suitable targets with respect to strategic fit, financial performance, and growth potential.
o Cold calling: Contact potential target companies via phone calls.
o Long-list Creation: Compile a list of potential target companies that meet investor requirements
o Bulk email outreach: Send emails to potential target companies.
b. Proactively identify potential M&A opportunities through various channels, including market research, industry events, and networking.
c. Build and maintain relationships with business partners, including investment banks, advisory firms, and other intermediaries.
d. Work closely with business partners to source potential investors, negotiate terms, and facilitate deal execution

2. M&A Consulting
a. Support in consulting M&A clients and gather all necessary data throughout the M&A process.
b. Support in the creation of deliverables such as Non-name Company Presentation, Information Memorandum, and Valuation.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

a. Bachelor’s degree or higher with outstanding academic credentials.
b. Native fluency in Thai and excellent English communication skills. Proficiency in other languages is an asset.
c. 3 - 5 years of experience in as a Sales in a consulting firm.
d. Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.
e. Good command of computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
f. Ability to work independently under tight timelines with a proactive and open-minded attitude.
g. Demonstrated understanding of business and industry dynamics.
h. Cultural sensitivity and ability to navigate cross-cultural interactions.
i. Integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
