1. Account Payable (AP)
- AP aging report
- Preparation of the payment plans for proper and timely management and balance.
- Preparation of the payment follow a structure and billing condition of the company.
- Preparation of billing condition of the company.
2. Purchase VAT
- Preparation of the Input VAT report compare with G2L (in SAP) support submitted in the Revenue Department System.
3. Withholding Tax
- Preparation of the withholding Tax report compare with G/L (in SAP) submitted in the Revenue Department System.
4. Fixed Asset Report
- Preparation of the Fixed Asset registration report compares with G/L (in SAP)
5. BOI Reporting
- Continue to submit the report for BOI within the period of BOI (In July every year).
6. SharePoint Project
- Support the representative of Accounting and Finance for SharePoint online to collect Accounting and Financial information from subsidiaries.
7. Supervisor of accounting staff.
8. IHQ support work
9. Other to be assigned depending on workload.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Female, Age 25-28 Years old
2. Undergraduate (Bachelor's) Degree in Accounting or related fields
3. Business English communication
4. Computer knowledge of Microsoft Office
5. Minimum experience 5 years in the accounting field
