Legal part:
• Provide legal advice to all business functions
• Draft and/or review contracts both trade and non-trade
• Provide internal legal consulting services e.g., criminal law, labor law, any agreements and intellectual property law, etc.
• Provide legal assistance for management e.g. BOD meeting
• Attend and participate in the negotiation and discussion with other business functions or third parties helping and resolving problems.
• Working as a team with internal and/or external legal lawyers to achieve business results.
• Perform other roles related to legal areas as assigned by management.

Internal Control part:
• Directs compliance operations roles to achieve strategic and operational business goals.
• Manages and implements the Compliance Training for group companies
• Develop Compliance Plan and related policies for compliance with regulatory requirements
• Proactively builds and leads effective and practical tracking of compliance initiatives, completed compliance plans
• Liaison with external/internal auditors
• Expertise covering conduct of business matters, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with local, APAC colleagues to ensure that applicable compliance requirements

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or Female age 30 - 40 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in law or Master’s degree in law
• At least 7 years in law and internal control in multinational organization
• Good command of English conversation and writing
• Have lawyer license.
