・ Import from overseas bases or suppliers
・ Ordering from our overseas bases or suppliers, adjusting delivery dates, issuing invoices
・ Shipping instructions to each logistics company, exchanges after freight shipping
・ Confirmation of import customs clearance, import entry, and customs submission documents after arrival in Thailand
・ Submission of import / export related documents to internal accounting

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

[Requirements]
・English Skill（Must be nearly upper intermediate level of English skill）*You will need to communicate with suppliers in overseas in English
・ Experience in working in a trading company or the automobile industry (Preferred but not necessary)
・ Import / export work experience (import entry work experience is even better)
・ Trade knowledge required (Incoterm, forwarding process)
・ It is better if you have BOI knowledge (but this position is not BOI Officer)
・ Experience in Customer Service, supply management, etc. is better
・ Being able to check documents in detail and accurately
・ Office skills (outlook Email, Excel vlookup / pivot table)
