JOB DETAIL

1. Responsible for General expenses of Corporate, Concur application, Entertainment monitoring report, CFO Expenses for Plan/Re-Plan/Forecast.
2. Support team as ECC (Online Accounting System - SAP)/Concur Helpdesk, and tax expert.
3. Process and complete workflows of Corporate Planning Division and Finance Management Division as well as VAT Report.
4. Process Concur expense claims and prepare Quarterly entertainment monitoring report.
5. Record adjustment entries for Corporate Planning Division and Finance Management Division for accounts closing i.e. Accrued, Prepaid, Expense allocation, etc.
6. Coordinate in preparation of Business Plan/Re-plan/Forecast and support accounting team to complete and reporting.
7. Support and provide advice to Corporate Planning Division, Finance Management Division, Representative offices, etc. for issues related to accounting and tax.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age 25-35 years old.
2. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
3. At least 3 years in Accounting field with knowledge in taxation
4. Upper Intermediate Level of English (if have TOEIC Score 730 is an advantage)
5. If able to use SAP is an advantage.
6. Able to work overtime upom request (during closing account period each month)
