Responsibility on sales target to meet company's business plan
Contacting to current customers regularly for building a good relationship
Find new customers that consider presenting gifts to stakeholders
Negotiating with customers for transaction conditions such as pirce, trade terms
Supervise goods delivery to customers
Prepare documents necessary to transact with customers.
Providing weekly sales reports and report to superior (SPV and Sales Manager)
Make a sales forecast of each channels/customers in charge
Collect competitor's data in the market and market condition as well as customer's demand in the country.
Follow-up if a customer delays payment
Physical inventory check twice a year in warehouse and department-store
Planning with Marketing Division on sales channel planning, budget and space rental to sell the products
Planning with Marketing Division on sales promotion planning
Handle works assigned by supervisor in sales division

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Thai Nationality
Female,
age between 25-30 years old
Position Level : Local Sales Executive
Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business administration or any related field
English communication (At least e-mail correspondance, writing a report to Japanese Manager )is required
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales or Marketing for the consumer market
Experience in marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results, are recommended
Good computer skills in MS Office, especially MS Excel
Ability to communicate and negotiate efficiently
Possess own car with driving license and able to work upcountry
Be able to work under pressure
