・ Management and training QA engineer
・ contact with Japanese when dealing with business partners (customers / suppliers)
・ Emergency response related with QA problem
・ Collaboration with internal sales and business departments

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

・33-40 years old
・Japanese intermediate level（Must）
・Experience working at a Japanese company is required
・Experience working in the automobile industry is required
・Knowledge of in-vehicle electrical components (connectors, terminals, etc.) is better
・Quality assurance experience (defect handling, occurrence / outflow countermeasures, quality control method)
・Quality data knowledge (PPAP, initial management, PCN, NCR, environmentally hazardous substances, ISO)
・It is better if you have management experience of subordinates such as team leaders
・Being able to read product drawings (2D drawing)
