New Position
Air & Sea Freight Sales Department Asst. Manager/Manager
Report directly to GM
Responsible for 5 Sales Division (as per area such as Bangkok, Chiangmai, Chonburi)

1. Set sales targets and business plan and manage the activities of the organization to ensure achievement.
2. Oversee and promote the sales of Airfreight and Sea Freight services for both Export and Import.
3. Ensure focused on sales hunting and service both Air Freight and Sea Freight.
4. Develop sales system to ensure focused attention on customers' satisfaction and on quality of airfreight and sea freight service.
5. Attend to customers’ inquiries or complaints on airfreight matters.
6. Handle airfreight, sea freight RFI, RFQ, RFP and sales inquiries from customers.
7. Direct and motivate sales staff in their effort towards meeting prescribed sales targets, budgets, strategies, action plans, and cost objectives.
8. Ensure daily updates by all sales staff in CRM System on customer visits & sales progress.
9. Conduct periodic market study to fully understand existing market situation affecting business & drives sales activities in line with market realities.
10. Gain more revenue and profit for sales business both new customer and manage existing customers.
11. Maintain relationship with existing customer and visit potential customer for new business.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Male/Female. Age between 35-40 years old.
-Bachelors Degree or higher in Business, Marketing, International Business, Logistics
-At least 8 years experience in air & sea freight sales in Freight Forwarding business
-At least 4 years experience for management
-Good leadership skill and ability to motivate and management sales team.
-Intermediate level of English
-Personal Car
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
