Internal Marketing (70%)

● Develop and execute B2B content strategies that position our company as a trusted marketing partner for Japanese companies
● Manage and optimize our social media to engage potential business clients
● Work with freelance writers to create high-quality content (case studies, blog posts, whitepapers) tailored for Japanese businesses
● Collaborate with the project managers to align content with lead-generation goals
● Manage incoming leads and analyze campaign performance, using insights to refine marketing strategies

Marketing Project Support (30%)
● Support team members in the execution and coordination of marketing campaigns. This includes basic research work, proposal and report creation, translations and event support

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

● At least 1 year of experience in B2B content marketing or relevant marketing fields.
● Able to speak and understand basic Japanese JLPT N3 (No need to have JPLT certificate)
● Good writing skill with the ability to create engaging business content in Japanese or English.
● Familiarity with social media marketing, email marketing, SEO, and digital advertising for B2B audiences.
● Knowledge of the Japanese market is a plus
● Ability to work independently, self-manage and collaborate across teams in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
● Able to start work in July or August 2025
