JOB DETAIL

1. Work together with Japanese colleagues on the insurance renewals process, such as preparing the insurance renewal notice and recommending strategies to propose to clients.
2. Preparing the insurance renewal notice and submitting it to the client, including comparing between existing insurer and another insurer.
3. Claim handle when the claims occurred.
4. Quote new insurance quotations.
5. Visit clients to explain the renewal insurance coverage condition.
6. Visit the Client to build a relationship.
7. Update the weekly /monthly report.
8. Support any new project development or other related work of the team.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Good in English skills for speaking, reading, and writing (Intermediate English)
2. Having experience in taking care of Non-Life existing clients for more than 3 years.
3. Graduated with a bachelor’s degree in any field.
4. Good typing skills for both English and Thai. Computer skills including Excel, Word, Presentation.
5. Very careful and can work on detailed job. Be able to work for both AE and Admin. job.
6. Good characteristic, serviced mind, good attitude, tolerant and careful job with accuracy.
