• Plan and manage trade promotion budgets
• Design monthly and quarterly promotional campaigns

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• 1–3 years of experience in Trade Marketing or FMCG sales
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
• Hands-on, proactive, and strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
