JOB DETAIL
• Expand distribution in Traditional Trade and wholesale channels nationwide
• Manage distributors and negotiate commercial terms
• Supervise and coach the TT sales team
• Monitor competitor activities such as Lay’s and Tasto
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
• 2–5 years of experience in Traditional Trade sales within FMCG (snack category preferred)
• Intermediate English communication
• Strong negotiation skills and able to travel upcountry
• Proactive attitude and ability to build new markets from scratch
