JOB DETAIL

- Develop and execute Digital Communication Strategy aligned with overall marketing objectives and brand direction
- Plan and manage KOL / Influencer campaigns (end-to-end) including sourcing, briefing, execution, and performance tracking
- Lead content strategy and communication planning across digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, etc.)
- Work closely with internal teams and agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance (engagement, reach, conversion, etc.) and provide actionable insights
- Oversee social media performance and optimize content strategy based on platform insights
- Coordinate with E-commerce team to support traffic and campaign alignment
- Manage and maintain official digital channels and ensure content consistency
- Collaborate with HQ digital team for campaign alignment and strategic direction
- Support branding initiatives and team management

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or related fields
- 5–8 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Digital Communication / Influencer Marketing (FMCG or related industry preferred)
- Strong experience in KOL / Influencer campaign management
- Solid understanding of digital communication strategy and content planning
- Familiar with social media platforms and tools (Facebook, IG, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, etc.)
- Experience in analyzing campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, or similar
- Good understanding of platform algorithms and content optimization
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Able to use English as a working language
