- Lead two major joint ventures industrial gases companies, driving operational excellence, championing safety, and delivering strong financial performance while building trusted partnerships with top-tier customers and stakeholders.
- Lead operations, safety, and financial performance.
- Build strong customer and partner relationships.
- Represent the joint ventures in board meetings, industry networks & government bodies.
- Drive change, growth, and innovation across the business.
- Manage joint ventures business compliance.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Must have engineering degree.
- More than 10 years in industrial operations with safety and engineering leadership in petrol chemical field or related.
- P&L background is an advantage.
- Solid knowledge and experience in driving compliance and safety.
- Good command of English.
- Strong leadership under pressure.
- Skills in conflict resolution, consultative selling, financial acumen, and stakeholder engagement.
