JOB DETAIL
- Manage and develop relationships with existing customers while identifying and expanding new business opportunities in the automotive sector.
- Serve as the main contact point for customers, handling inquiries, quotations (RFQ), and project coordination.
- Provide technical consultation on automotive piping products, including design, specifications, and material selection.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams (Engineering, Production, QA/QC, Supply Chain) to ensure product feasibility, quality, cost competitiveness, and on-time delivery.
- Support product development and customer requirements, including drawing reviews, design changes, and production processes.
- Monitor project status, resolve customer issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales and project performance to identify opportunities for improvement and business growth.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, quality standards, and relevant regulations.
- Support negotiation and commercial discussions to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
- Experience in Sales automotive parts manufacturing with over 2 years in management. (Piping or related components will be the advantage)
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality systems, and engineering concepts.
- Experience in customer coordination, technical sales, or project management.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and provide technical consultation.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
