- Inspect the quality of raw materials, packaging, imported goods, and outsourced products according to specified standards.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to claim non-compliant goods by preparing a Reject Letter and/or Non-Conformance Report.
- Prepare and review quality inspection reports for new products, including creating sample reports for quality control to share with relevant departments.
- Prepare stabilizing agents (Stabilizers) or Black Box (BB) materials for the production department.
- Inspect the quality of domestically produced goods during and after production (during packaging).
- Simulate product property adjustments for non-compliant products and report to supervisors for approval before implementing improvements.
- Inspect finished products before delivery, ensuring compliance with shipment documents for both domestic and imported goods.
- Prepare and review quality control reports for finished goods, both domestic and imported, and submit them to relevant departments.
- Manage the storage of production samples for traceability and handle their disposal after the specified storage period.
- Inspect any irregular products or raw materials, customer complaints, or items requiring further action, such as extending product lifespan or handling abnormal materials.
- Control non-compliant products, including raw materials, in-process products, finished goods, imported finished goods, and other non-compliant items.
- Oversee calibration and verification of measuring tools, testing equipment, and related devices, coordinating with external calibration staff when needed.
- Develop an annual calibration and verification plan for related tools and equipment, submitting it for supervisor approval.
- Manage certification documents for the restriction of hazardous substances (RoHS report) for new products, updating documents annually, or upon customer requests.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Academic background: University graduate, Department of chemistry, Faculty of science, Chemical Engineer
Work experience: At least 2 years of experience in a chemical QC job.
Intermediate level of English
