JOB DETAIL

-Manage a team of 35, assign QC tasks, and provide support to ensure compliance with diverse client quality standards.
*Note: The company has various clients, each with different standards and criteria.
-Handle customer complaints.
-Lead process improvement initiatives.
-Maintain ISO 9001/14001 documentation and compliance.
-Report to the Japanese Managing Director.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Must have more than 3 years of QC/QA experience (in any industry).
- Must have team management experience (more than 5 members).
- Must have experience in customer audit.
- Able to build good relationship and manage team members who are older than you.
- Lower intermediate level of English (Used for documents only.)
