1. Supply Chain Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies aligned with company objectives
- Lead, coach, and develop supply chain and logistics teams
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to support business growth

2. Logistics & Distribution Management
- Oversee logistics and transportation operations
- Analyze shipping data to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
- Resolve delivery delays, shortages, and operational disruptions

3. Inventory & Warehouse Management
- Manage inventory planning, control, and accuracy
- Oversee inbound and outbound warehouse operations
- Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials (RM) and finished goods (FG)

4. Cost Management & Process Improvement
- Implement cost-saving initiatives
- Optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency and service levels

5. KPI Management & Performance Reporting
- Define, monitor, and analyze supply chain KPIs
- Prepare performance reports for management review

6. Import & Export & Global Coordination
- Manage import and export operations for RM and FG
- Coordinate with overseas suppliers and logistics partners
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations

7. Safety, Compliance & Risk Management
- Establish safety policies for supply chain activities
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company standards
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks

8. Budgeting & Strategic Planning
- Prepare and manage supply chain budgets
- Set operational targets aligned with company KPIs

9. Other Responsibilities
- Perform other duties as assigned by management

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in supply chain planning
- Experience managing teams in Planning, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, or Production
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite)
- Strong understanding of demand planning, inventory management, and logistics optimization
- Advanced data analysis skills (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
- Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma (certification is a plus)
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Strategic thinking and change management capability
- Strong coordination and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Supplier management and negotiation skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and present information to management
- Good command of English communication
- Ability to work under pressure and manage raw material shortages
- Strong planning skills and system-thinking mindset
