• Contact Production Control at HQ in Japan.
• To coordinate with Sales Division for delivery product and confirmation schedule.
• Perform Delivery control, and shipment arrangement.
• Reminded the critical item delivery with the Japanese Manager and Sales Division.
• Reminded the excess stock report to all of the Sales team for clearing and next action for selling.
• Coordinating with the Sales team and colleagues in the overseas sales office and other Departments.
• To do other tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Experience in any field 3 years onwards.
• Computer literate in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Good command of English and Japanese (N2), both oral and written.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet critical deadlines.
