JOB DETAIL
- Deal with clients’ inquiries via live chat, email and telephone.
- Perform personal clientele analysis and taking actions as required.
- Handle client inquiries appropriately and ensuring that high level service is provided.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge through continuous learning to support clients with accuracy and professionalism.
- Promote available products and services to clients.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Cooperate effectively with other departments as required.
- Contribute to team effort by achieving targeted results.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Degree in a business-related field
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and live chat platforms.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate level of English
- Excellent computer literacy
Recruitment Process:
- HR Screen
- Interview with Line Manager(s)
- 1-week Training at Our Office with assessment on the last day of training
(The first training week will start in the second week of March)
After passing the training, Employment Contract will be signed.
The first day of training is the first day of employment.
If fail the assessment, training compensation will be given via cheque.
