JOB DETAIL
Department: Property & Casualty
Report to: Director Operations & Corporate Development
- Manage claims and review all claim pending on daily basis
- Manage end-to-end claim settling processes, follow-up and provide claim-related suggestions as well as procedures and status to clients
- Negotiate settlements with insures and adjusters
- Build and maintain good client relations
- Co-operate with other interned departments to support overall operations
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in related field
- Should have professional insurance qualification and minimum 6 years of insurance working experience, minimum of 7 years experience in managerial level
- Must have experience in managerial task, in Insurance Broker, Insurer or related industry (Property & Casualty)
- Have background in Corporate non-life Insurance Products from Insurance Broker
- Good experience in AE, Client Services, Business Development in insurance product
- Preferred knowledge and skill in Insurance Products such as Property, Casualty, IAR, Liability, Motor etc.
- Good in spoken and written English is a *must*
- Excellent systems and PC skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strategic mindset and positive attitude
