As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will be in charge of expanding the business with the existing clients and new markets

• Business planning and sales strategy to achieve sales and profit targets.
• Expanding the markets and maintaining relationships with existing clients and distributors.
• Reviewing the business in market trends, product needs and competitive spare parts, Robotic, continue market observation, development, and trends new business opportunities.
• Implementing customer incentive plans and Sales Campaigns.
• Solving unexpected problems closely cooperate with clients and other internal members.
• Following up with the relevant party to ensure the sales target team's objective assigned is achieved.
• Conduct marketing support, events, and survey projects assignments.

Client: Japanese comapanes and some local companies (in the future Chinese companies too)
Products: Robotic & Industrial Equipment, Spare parts, and Engineering’s products for the factory

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Looking for candidates with Sales Engineer experience in FA (Factory Automation).
Advantage if you have worked at a Japanese company.

• Bachelor’s degree in the Engineering Faculty (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical or related)
• At least 5 years of work experience in Sales Engineer
(in the Industrial Automation, Automotive Industrial, Electronics Industrial)
• Experienced in sales to industrial trading companies or Japanese trading business is highly preferred.
• Intermediate level of English (TOEIC 450 or higher)
• More than 3 years of management experience.
• Must have a personal car and driver's license to visit client

• Chinese speaker is highly preferred (HSK level4)
