REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role and working with an employee size of 2,000.
• Strong experience in change management.
• English is Intermediate Level.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to lead HR operations and strategic projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with HR systems and digital tools.
