JOB DETAIL

• Take the lead in training and people development programs across the organization to enhance employee skills, mindset, and performance.
• Manage and prepare for internal and external audits related to HR and compliance matters.
• Ensure full compliance with Thai labor laws and relevant regulations, acting as the main point of contact for labor authorities when needed.
• Design, implement, and improve HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and legal requirements.
• Handle employee relations issues, disciplinary actions, and provide guidance to management on HR best practices.
• Coordinate with Japanese management and local teams to ensure smooth communication and mutual understanding.
• Translate and interpret between Thai, Japanese, and English as needed, particularly during meetings or when handling HR documentation.
• Prepare reports and documents as required by management, both locally and for headquarters.
• Support company activities and employee engagement programs.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in the HR field, with 3 years or more in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Thai labor law and HR compliance.
• Experience in training & development is essential.
• Able to handle HR audit processes independently.
• Intermediate level of English communication (both spoken and written).
• Proficient in Japanese language (minimum JLPT N2 level or equivalent); able to communicate effectively with Japanese management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualities:
• Experience working in Japanese manufacturing companies or international environments.
• Familiarity with HR system implementation or HR digital tools is an advantage.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.
