Looking for a candidate for Casting Manager position, who will be responsible for overseeing casting operations and managing on-site production activities to ensure stable production, quality improvement, and continuous operational enhancement.

Job Description:
- Take ownership of casting process control and decision-making related to casting quality and defects
- Manage day-to-day casting operations, including processes, equipment, and manpower
- Handle production and quality issues, including root cause analysis and implementation of preventive actions
- Drive Kaizen and continuous improvement activities within the casting department
- Develop and manage production plans and KPIs
- Support and respond to internal and external audits
- Report production status, issues, and improvement progress to a Japanese Director

Report to: Japanese Manager

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

・Technical college or bachelor’s degree in related field
・Lower Intermediate Level of English
・More than 7 years of experience in managing casting operations or manufacturing production sites
・Proven experience in people management and supervising members (with around 50 members)
・Ability to develop long-term equipment maintenance plans and execute them in a systematic and planned manner is important qualification for this role
