JOB DETAIL

- Take care of and monitor the production line to ensure smooth operations
- Create work instructions (WI) and standard operating procedures for production processes
- Train operators on production procedures and machine operations
- Ensure product quality meets company standards
- Troubleshoot basic production or machine issues and report to supervisors
- Maintain workplace safety and cleanliness in the production area
- Support continuous improvement activities in the production process

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s Degree (related field)
- 3+ years in PCBA process
- Manufacturing experience in electronics or automotive (preferably Japanese company)
- ISO/IATF experience
- Good manufacturing knowledge
