Establish policies, plan, and manage the Quality Management System in compliance with industry standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, and customer-specific requirements in the automotive and construction sectors.

Oversee quality control of raw materials, cold rolling processes, wire drawing, and finished products (wire, sheets, wire profiles) to ensure compliance with standards (JIS, ASTM, DIN).

Analyze quality issues and define corrective and preventive actions (CAPA / 8D Report / Root Cause Analysis) in collaboration with Production and Engineering teams.

Conduct and monitor internal audits and prepare for customer and third-party inspections and certifications.

Develop and maintain quality documentation, flow process control, control plans, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and inspection standards tailored to steel manufacturing processes.

Manage QA/QC teams, covering Incoming, In-Process, and Final Inspection, including metallurgical/chemical laboratories.

Coordinate with domestic and international customers on product quality, handle complaints, and implement corrective actions.

Report quality KPIs regularly to management, such as % Reject, Customer Claims, Line Yield, First Pass Yield.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields. (Master’s degree preferred.)

5–7 years of QA/QC experience in steel, metal, or stainless steel manufacturing, particularly in Cold Rolling and Wire Manufacturing processes.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role, managing around 20 team members (including assistant managers and staff), and reporting directly to senior management.

Hands-on experience using measuring and testing instruments, such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Hardness Tester, and Surface Roughness Gauge.

Strong knowledge and implementation experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 systems.

In-depth understanding of Cold Rolling, Annealing, Wire Drawing, and Surface Defect Inspection.

Skilled in problem analysis and root cause investigation using 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, FMEA, and other quality tools.

Strong leadership, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
