As a Design Leader, you will be responsible for valve product design and development, team management, and technical coordination with factories and related parties.

Job Responsibilities
-Design and develop valve products using SolidWorks
-Manage the design team (approximately 2 subordinates)
-Handle technical inquiries from factories and affiliated companies
-Manage development tasks, schedules, and team operations
-Implement design changes and promote cost reduction activities
-Manage certification-related documents (e.g. ISO 14001)
-Coordinate and manage commissioned development work with the Japan HQ
-Prepare and manage documents and materials required for development projects
-Support daily department operations

Report to: Japanese Manager

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering, with GPA of 2.8 or above is preferred)
-Experience in mechanical or product design (*Minimum 3 years of each area is preferred)
-Team management experience
-Experience using CAD applications, including SolidWorks
-Nearly intermediate level of English is preferred (not mandatory)
