• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, trucking partners, and logistics vendors to obtain, compare, and negotiate competitive freight rates.
• Prepare pricing and quotations for international and domestic logistics services, including air freight, sea freight, and related supply chain solutions.
• Support Sales teams by providing accurate pricing, cost structures, and service details in line with customer requirements.
• Work closely with Operations teams to ensure pricing feasibility, service accuracy, and smooth shipment execution.
• Monitor logistics market trends, freight rate movements, and carrier conditions to maintain competitive pricing strategies.
• Maintain and update pricing databases, rate agreements, and cost sheets in accordance with company standards.
• Prepare pricing analysis, cost breakdowns, and margin reports to support management decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and logistics procedures.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Pricing within Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Import–Export, or Supply Chain businesses.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken; ability to communicate with overseas partners and carriers.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Experience working in an international or Japanese-based company environment is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with Logistics Management Systems, Freight Forwarding Software, or ERP systems is preferred.
• Solid understanding of Import–Export processes, Incoterms, and logistics documentation.
• Strong numerical skills with the ability to analyze costs and pricing structures.
