- Site-Based Pricing: Analyze customer locations using GPS coordinates and mapping tools to determine accurate pricing based on distance, accessibility, and regional surcharges.
- Geospatial Analysis: Navigate and evaluate project sites via digital tools (Google Earth, Street View, GIS) to identify potential operational challenges before finalizing quotes.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide real-time pricing intelligence and verify site feasibility for new business opportunities.
- Cost & Margin Management: Calculate total landed costs (logistics, site-specific fees, and labor) to ensure all deals meet company profitability targets.
- Market Mapping: Maintain a database of pricing zones and territory maps to optimize sales coverage and logistics efficiency.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Experience: 2-5 years in Pricing, Sales Operations, Logistics Planning, or a related field.
- Navigation Skills: Expert-level ability to use Google Maps, Google Earth, or GIS software. Must be comfortable reading coordinates (Lat/Long) and site blueprints.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas are a must).
- Spatial Awareness: Ability to visualize physical site constraints and translate them into financial impacts.
- Analytical Thinking: Highly detail-oriented with the ability to spot errors in geographical data or cost calculations.
- Communication: Good command of English and Thai, with the ability to explain pricing logic clearly to sales teams and management-.
