JOB DETAIL

• Analyze and interpret test results, prepare and issue accurate testing reports.
• Perform testing and inspection in accordance with relevant standards such as IEC, TIS, ISO 9001, and
customer requirements.
• Support the expansion of the laboratory’s testing scope under ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
• Prepare documents requested by customers, such as surveys or any related documents required to
support sales operations.
• Provide service and support on order-related inquiries, including stock availability, production status, and
other relevant information.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields
• Experience: 0–3 years (new graduates are welcome)
• Experience in testing, quality assurance, calibration, or ISO/IEC 17025 systems will be an advantage
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Language: Good command of English (reading and writing)
• Knowledge of testing methods, measuring instruments, and quality standards
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skillsBenefits
