- Oversee daily logistics operations
- Coordinate with warehouse teams, transportation providers, and suppliers
- Review and process shipping documents, including import/export documentation (if applicable)
- Track shipment status and prepare related reports
- Coordinate and manage the process of obtaining the necessary import licenses and permits for importing hazardous inks and ensure that all required documentation is in order before shipments arrive in Thailand.
- Coordinating the Import/Export of goods, including working with freight forwarders and other logistics providers, to ensure cost-effective shipment of goods/products both inbound and outbound.
- Coordinate and manage logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing and inventory management.
- Prepare and verify related documents Import / Export shipping document such as invoice, packing list, BL, AWB, FORM FTA, etc.
- Coordinate and manage the procurement of cargo insurance for both Imports and Exports, ensuring adequate coverage against damage, loss during transit.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing for all insurance-related paperwork, including claims, certificates, and policies, to maintain compliance with company and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments and expenses, ensure proper documentation for traceability, and support compliance with ISO 9001 & 14001 standards.
- Handle any Import-Export-related claims, disputes, or inspections.
- To manage incoming and outgoing delivery of goods.
- To control, maintain and do weekly (machine only) or monthly Inventory Report, physically check of inventory for first half fiscal year and end of fiscal year

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Incoterms or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in English or Japanese (if written and spoken or Japanese N3 will be special consideration)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with logistics software and tools
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), experience with pivot and vlook up and basic IT skills
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance
