JOB DETAIL

• Verify the accuracy of customer purchase orders, including product details, pricing, and discount
conditions, ensuring compliance with approved terms.
• Record and create customer purchase orders in the SAP system accurately and completely.
• Coordinate and follow up on order status and delivery schedules, and communicate updates to
customers.
• Prepare documents requested by customers, such as surveys or any related documents required to
support sales operations.
• Provide service and support on order-related inquiries, including stock availability, production status, and
other relevant information.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Education: Bachelor’s degree in any related field but Engineering (preferred)
Open to new graduates
• Experience in sales coordination or customer service is an advantage
• Internship experience or academic projects related to the responsibilities will be considered a plus
• Basic Skills
• Good communication skills
• Computer literacy
• Proactiveness and service-minded attitude
• Strong understanding of customer service principles
• English is in Intermediate level
