JOB DETAIL

• Manage, maintain, and improve the company’s IT systems and infrastructure
• Oversee and support ERP system (Tiptoe), including implementation, customization, troubleshooting, and user support
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure IT systems support business operations effectively
• Act as a key contact for IT vendors, consultants, and service providers
• Provide IT solutions to enhance productivity, system security, and data accuracy
• Prepare IT-related reports and system documentation
• Support users with system training and technical issues
• Communicate with Chinese-speaking management or partners regarding IT projects and system requirements

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 5-10 year of work experience in IT manager with supervise 2-3 subordinates
• Experience in IT management or ERP system support (Tiptoe experience is a strong advantage)
• Experience in manufacturing or factory environment is preferred
• Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills
• Able to work independently and coordinate across departments
• Ability to communicate in Chinese (speaking, reading, and writing); interview will be conducted in Chinese
