JOB DETAIL

1. Contract Management:
• Draft, review, and revise all types of company contracts and legal documents.
• Provide legal advice and support for business negotiations, investments, and fundraising activities.
2. Risk Management:
• Identify, assess, and report company or project-related risks.
• Develop and implement the company’s legal compliance system.
• Ensure all business activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
3. Legal Operations:
• Represent the company in litigation, arbitration, or administrative appeals.
• Monitor legal proceedings from initiation to resolution.
• Manage debt collection and resolve legal disputes.
4. Legal Consultation:
• Provide legal guidance related to company operations and management.
• Analyze and interpret relevant laws, regulations, and policies, keeping track of legal updates and new policies.
• Offer legal opinions to support executive strategic decision-making.
5. Project Risk Management:
• Organize investment approval meetings, analyze project risks, propose corrective measures, and prepare meeting reports while monitoring investment conditions.
• Participate directly or indirectly in investment projects to oversee and assess operational risks.
• Provide strategic recommendations for project development and process improvement.


REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal work within a large organization or law firm. Direct experience in litigation will be considered a strong advantage.
• Excellent command of English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Fluently in both Chinese and Thai will be given special consideration.
• Expertise in reviewing and drafting contracts, preparing legal documents, and handling litigation and general legal matters (both in-court and out-of-court).
• Strong ability to assess risks, provide legal advice, and recommend preventive measures to protect the company’s interests.
• Professional appearance, high responsibility, diligence, perseverance, and willingness to take on challenges. Service-minded, team-oriented, and possesses excellent writing and communication skills.
